PHOTO COMPETITION SHAD

Shad organizes the IV Photography competition which will take place until next October 31st. Customers are encouraged to participate with original and fun photographs.

The Theme: The competition is SHAD Brand. Any photography with SHAD products on it will be able to be presented.

Photographs must be originals, not edited with computer, in JPEG format, 300DPI and never could exceed 3 MB.

Images may be in colour or black and white.

Contestants must give a title to the photograph and a small description.

Obscene, provocative or questionable photographs will not be considered. All the photographs which lack any of these rules will be disqualified.

NAD SL will be the ownership and will have the copyright of all images. They reserve the right to publish the photograph. In case of using it, this will be only done with prior notification to the photographer.

The contestants authorize SHAD to reproduce the images for any general purpose. Contestants must not infringe on the privacy rights, copyright or other rights of any person. They will be responsible of all claims for copyright infringement, or any other cause related to your photograph.

Limits and authorization

Each contestant may submit a maximum of 5 photographs.

We will publish the photographs in SHAD facebook (www.facebook.com/shad).

Calendar

The competition will start from June 1^st and will finish in 31th October 2011.

The winners will be notified on October 31^th by facebook, e-mail and SHAD News.

Panel of Judges and winners selection

• First and second prize will be elected by an specialized jury.

• Third prize. It will be elected through facebook, the photo that will receive more "I like it" at SHAD facebook.

•Winner selection and verification: regarding the selection, the jury will take into account the originality and technique of the photograph.

Prizes:

Tickets for Catalonian Gran Prix MotoGP 2012 + Hotel + Flight (3 star Hotel near 30kms around Circuit de Catalunya. The flight (consist in a flight return ticket for 2 people, from any European city until Barcelona or Girona, only direct flights included). Flight dates will be during the week which takes place the Catalonian Gran Prix.
One top case (to be chosen) of the SHAD range plus the fitting kit.
