The SHAD Eicma Quizz is open to legal residents of the E.U. who register by completing the form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf63VUTJSIih1h0MmQLeRdPmEBa-Kgfms5NapCgFnCCe5Ym4Q/viewform.Participants must be 18 years of age or older on the date of entry into this promotion to be eligible to participate. This draw is subject to state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of SHAD, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies and principals (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employee’s immediate family and/or those living in the same household as Employees are not eligible to participate.
The Sponsor is SHAD (“Sponsor” as NAD,S.L.), domiciled at Octave lacante, 2, 08100, Mollet del Vallès, Spain. Sponsor will conduct the SHAD Eicma Quizz substantially as described in these Official Rules.
By participating in this Draw, Entrant (“You”) agree to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to reject, withdraw or disqualify any entry at any time in its sole discretion. By entering this Draw, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate in accordance with the entry requirements outlined in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding with respect to the content of this SHAD Eicma Quizz.
This promotion begins on November 6, 2024 at 16:00 GMT and ends on November 10, 2024 at 18:00 GMT (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the SHAD Eicma Quizz Draw, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.
Eligible participants can enter the SHAD Eicma Quizz Draw by submitting an entry via the online form provided at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf63VUTJSIih1h0MmQLeRdPmEBa-Kgfms5NapCgFnCCe5Ym4Q/viewform.
As an entrant, your entry must fully comply with all Draw requirements as specified in the Official Rules in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or entries that do not conform to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Duplicate e-mails or duplicate entries, such as typographical errors, will not qualify for entry. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in Sponsor invalidating your entries and removing them from the Draw at its sole discretion.
The winner of the SHAD Eicma contest (the “Winner”) will receive a set of SH38X expandable side cases. The actual/appreciated value of the prize may differ at the time of prize fulfillment. Prize will be determined solely by Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution will be permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Winner, upon acceptance of prize, shall be solely responsible for all prize-related expenses, including, but not limited to, any and all local, state and federal taxes, as well as additional transportation taxes. The Winner may not transfer assignment of the prize to any third party or request a cash equivalent or substitution of the prize. By accepting the prize, the selected Winner authorizes Sponsor to use the Winner’s likeness, entry and name for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Prize will be delivered to the Winner after SHAD contacts him/her by e-mail.
The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
Winner will be selected by random drawing under Sponsor’s supervision. Sponsor will notify Winner by email within ten days of Winner’s selection. Sponsor is not responsible for Winner not receiving notifications due to email security settings, which may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk mail. Sponsor is also not responsible for Winner providing incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If Winner 1) fails to claim prize within 10 days from the date prize notification is sent, 2) fails to qualify, or 3) fails to complete and return an executed declaration and release of liability within the specified time period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected. IF WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WINNER WILL BE DISQUALIFIED (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) AND ALL WINNER PRIVILEGES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY WITHDRAWN.
By submitting an entry (e.g., text, video, photo, etc.) in this Draw, you understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on Sponsor’s behalf, and Sponsor’s successors and assigns shall, to the extent permitted by law, have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation, your submission, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements about the SHAD Eicma Quizz, and your biographical information for news, advertising, publicity, promotional, trade, trade, information, and public relations purposes without further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration.
In its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the SHAD Eicma Contest in the event that unauthorized human intervention, an error or virus, fraud or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, affect or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct or administration of the SHAD Eicma Contest. Sponsor, in the event of any of the foregoing problems, may determine the Winner based on all valid entries received prior to and/or after (if applicable) the action taken by Sponsor. Persons who tamper or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Draw or the Website, or who violate these Terms, will be disqualified by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In its sole discretion, Sponsor has the right to maintain the integrity of the SHAD Eicma Contest, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user; multiple entries from the same computer beyond the number allowed by the Draw rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means to enter. Attempts by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the SHAD Eicma Quizz may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If such an attempt is made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your participation in this Draw constitutes your agreement to hold Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees and officers harmless from any claim, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss or damage that may arise, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Draw and/or 1) Winner’s acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded or any part thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmission, telephone or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the administration of the Promotion or in the processing of entries.
THIS DRAW IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF SPAIN AND BARCELONA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAWS DOCTRINES. Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any dispute cannot be resolved between Entrant and Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or in connection with this Draw, they will be resolved individually and exclusively before a court of law with jurisdiction in Barcelona, without resort to any form of class action. Under no circumstances shall an entrant be allowed to recover punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than the entrant’s actual expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Draw). Entrant waives any right to have damages multiplied or increased.
