The world’s leading trade fair for two-wheeled vehicles will kick off in Milan in just two weeks. This is a must-attend event for SHAD, which will be presenting the following new products this year.
NEW CASES
SH51 Top Case
This top case, ideal for “adventure touring” on roads and light trails, was designed to complement the SH38X side cases but is intended for a smaller-cylinder-capacity motorcycle market than the SH59X and SH58X top cases.
Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, it has a maximum load capacity of 10 kg and can hold two modular M helmets. It comes in two finishes: aluminum and carbon (in line with the SH38X). It will feature an interior mesh that also serves as a pocket, and the aluminum version will have interior foam for greater protection of helmets and other objects.
Top Case TERRA TR46
Designed for soft trail enthusiasts, this top case features a polypropylene body and follows the TR41 line, sharing its technical characteristics in terms of sturdiness and resistance.
The TR46 differs from the TR41 by having 15% more capacity, the possibility of holding two size M helmets (one full-face and one jet), and a maximum load of up to 6 kilos.
It includes a stainless-steel lock with an integrated handle and an aluminum lid, although a version without the lid will also be available.
TR27 side case
These cases are designed to complement the TERRA TR41 and TR46 top cases.
With an adventurous look, they share some structural elements with the TR41 / TR46, such as the base structure and lid frames, allowing you to carry a maximum of 7 kg on each side.
It maintains the top opening on the outer longitudinal axis, a closure to the SH23 from the inside, and an external button panel that allows it to be closed with the lock open.
Its most remarkable feature is its versatility for use on asphalt or tracks, thanks to its resistance and hybrid aesthetics, blending urban and off-road aesthetics, with aluminum finishes.
NOVELTIES BAGS
SL Range
SHAD’s well-known SL family has undergone a restyling and modernization of all its bags, without losing any of the features that characterized previous versions.
The new details are as follows:
- All motorcycle bag models feature a padlock zipper to prevent access to the interior of the bag.
- All rider bag models feature breathable padding for greater comfort.
- The leg bags are now compatible with both the right and left legs, thanks to a double zipper, making them adaptable to any rider.
TR08 Fender Bag
The TR08 are the first fender bags manufactured by SHAD. These waterproof fender bags expand our TERRA Waterproof adventure bag range, being the ideal complement to the already successful TR30 side bags and TR10CL storage bags.
They have a capacity of 8 liters, which can be reduced to 6 liters thanks to their compression straps, while the maximum load is 2.6 kg.
They feature a double security system: closure of the interior of the bag, since a padlock can be installed on the zipper, and a lock on the motorcycle’s fenders, since a padlock can also be installed on the straps’ buckles.
Latest launches
SW80 bag
The SW80 bag was presented a few weeks ago and has been very well received.
This 80-liter bag can turn into waterproof (IPX5) luggage with maximum capacity, perfect for long trips. The SW80 is ideal for increasing the volume of the nomadic motorcycle adventurer, and can complement other motorcycle luggage, positioning itself on the motorcycle seat (maximum 10 kg of load) thanks to its fastening straps.
Equipped with several compression straps and an air extraction valve, it allows you to reduce the final size, achieving greater adaptability and comfort when transporting, whether loaded on the motorcycle or in alternative luggage transport such as a support 4×4.
